Health & Safety Services, Inc. is involved with the planning and implementation for the removal of hazardous materials from the former Sands Casino and surrounding acquired properties of Pinnacle Entertainment.
Services include a thorough investigation for Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) according to the new laws enacted by the State of New Jersey in 2006.The regulations require an aggressive sampling protocol along with final material analysis of non-organically bound materials by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM).
Additional services include quantification of hazardous materials, cost analysis of remediation, design of remediation project, implementation of remediation plan and organization of contractors involved with remediation services.
